Making the Case for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
We are now a year and a half into a coordinated and strategic attack on diversity, equity and inclusion—both the term “DEI” as well as the underlying values for which it stands. We cannot create the next level of diversity, equity and inclusion on our own, or in a silo. To meet the needs of Americans, we will need to meet Americans where they are, and co-create what comes next, together.
